American director working across opera, theatre, and new work, based between London and the Gulf South.

I build rehearsal rooms where safety enables rigor, and performers can take real risk with precision and care.

I’m drawn to work that holds beauty and discomfort at the same time—interrogating gender, belief, and power without sentimentality.
