City of London School for Girls

Helen was programmed at the Mountjoy Open Air Theatre in the Barbican as part of the City of London School for Girls’ festival MOAT Fest. In this MOAT Fest edition of Helen, extracts of the piece were be re-imagined to include N2P’s signature physical theatre style, a chorus of 11 year-old supernumerary performers from the City of London School for Girls, and a site-specific approach to the stunning brutalist theatre.

The students were integrated via a day-long workshop that culminated in a half-hour performance.
